The Schmitz family would like to welcome you to our summer home. In 2021, we became the managers of The Peak Grill and Taproom and fell in love. When offered the opportunity to become owners, we just couldn't say no. Starting our first official year in 2022 we are so excited to make your vacation one you won't forget.
Our Staff
Many on our team are visiting the United States on a J1 Visa. They come from all over the world to experience our culture.
They love learning about what South Dakota has to offer...even if it means experiencing South Dakota weather!
